FEATURES
Obtained forelimb parts of the Iberian pig, fattened in mountain (Natural oak and cork oak dehesa) to around 170 Kg. Naturally results meticulous care between 20 and 32 months, resulting in fine pieces with external fat golden tones that reflect their natural diet of acorns.


TASTING
Smooth cut, have a red meat with streaks of pearly fat, releasing a "flavor" (characteristic aroma) that tends to the sweet mouth, leaving an aftertaste, indicative of their stay in natural cellars light. A pleasure in every way.
