FEATURES
Considered one of the best parts of the Iberian pig. After being marinated, parts macerated for 3 to 5 days, after which they are stuffed into artificial casings and spend a few hours, a wooden bell which burns very slowly oak charcoal, which slightly dries the product and gives it a delicate bouquet. Extraordinary odor, aroma and excellent value for money.
