FEATURES
Limited and numbered production.
Part obtained from the hind limbs of the Iberian pig, fattened the last months of fattening (Natural meadow of oak and cork oak) to around 170 Kg. Result meticulous naturally cured between 32 and 36 months, resulting in a long piece and stylized (80-90 cm.) thin cane (indicative of the purity of the breed) and an external fat golden tones that reflect their natural diet.


TASTING
Smooth cut and red (cherry) view with fat infiltration, our pieces give off a "flavor" (characteristic aroma) that tends to the sweet mouth and leaves an aftertaste like other soft rancidity, typical of his stay in natural cellars . A pleasure in every way.
